Obama’s Health Care Campaign Is Failing For The Same Reasons Every Campaign Fails.
Faulty strategy. Unclear concept. Lackluster execution. And last but not least: An extremely difficult client. The worst, actually. (Congress, and the American people).
What I meant was, he's trying to sell a plan to the American people. He's the seller of the product (agency) and we're the client (the buyers). And God help the person who has to sell to that client!

That doesn't make sense. Obama (and his advisors, and his friends) are the client; Congress is the customer who buys what the campaign is selling.
The American people just write the checks, so they don't really matter here.
